| Mr. S. Subrahmanya is a law graduate from University Law College, Bangalore. He has also completed his master degree in Commercial Law from Bangalore University during the academic year 1997-1998. He has submitted his dissertation on Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as partial fulfillment of academic requirement of his master degree. Sri. S. Subrahmanya was enrolled as an Advocate in the year 1998 with the Karnataka State Bar Council with the enrolment number 805/1999. He has started his profession career as a Junior Advocate in the Chambers of Advocates Sri. G.V. Ramaiah and G.R. Anantharam, during 1998. From 1999 onwards, Sri. S. Subrahmanya has started his profession independently and M/s. Upasana Associates is his brainchild. He has got more than ten years of experience as an advocate and specializes in Corporate and Civil Laws, Foreign Exchange Laws, Intellectual Property Laws, Property Laws, Arbitration and Conciliation matters, Information Technology Laws apart from International contracts and agreements. Mr. S. Subrahmanya was also visiting faculty of various law colleges and other institutions at Bangalore. |

| Sri. S. Shiva Shankara is a law graduate from University Law College, Bangalore. He has completed his master graduation in Commercial law during the academic year 2002 from Bangalore University. He was ranked 10th in B.A.L. Examination conducted under the auspices of Bangalore University during April, 1999. S. Shiva Shankara is enrolled as an Advocate with Karnataka State Bar Council during 2001 and assigned with the Enrolment No. Kar 1965/01. Has submitted a dissertation titled “A Critical Analysis of law relating to foreign investment in India and investments of Indians abroad” as a partial requirement of Final Year LL.M. examination. He was also a visiting faculty in law colleges. He has also worked as a paralegal in the chambers of Sri. Ashok B. Hinchigeri who is currently the Hon’ble Justice of Karnataka High Court. After his enrolment in 2001, he has joined M/s. Upasana Associates. He has expertise in Corporate and Civil Litigation and documentations and specialises in the laws relating to registration and incorporation. |

Mr. Manjunath is a graduate in commerce from A.P.S. College during 1992. He has completed his MBA degree in Human Resource Management during 2002 under the auspices of CSM-IGS. He is currently in charge of accounts and financial aspects and day to day administration of the firm. He is currently serving M/s. Upasana Associates as a Senior Associate. |

By giving due regard to his professional commitment and immense contribution to the growth of the firm, he was designated as Senior Associate during 2008. He is also a visiting faculty in R.K.
